I’m a 23 year old Flagler College Graduate, living in St. Augustine, FL. I currently work full-time as a freelance graphic designer along with photographing weddings and assisting to a commercial photographer who has been in the creative industry for over ten years. I have a passion to create and capture.
It was in high school when I first fell in love with photography. From learning how to manually operate a camera, develope film, and make prints in the darkroom, it was a process that I had a hand in from beginning to end. Nowadays, shooting with top of the line digital equipment, much of the “working” process has changed character. Rather than interacting so much with the equipment and supplies, I’ve carried the process to my subjects; spending time getting to know someone, learning personalities and creating a comfortable environment to achieve the results we are both aiming for. I believe it's the building of these relationships that makes me desirable to work with.
In my downtime, I really enjoy being outdoors, surfing, traveling, hanging out with my dog, close friends and family. (Many of these times are featured throughout my work samples.)
